Minimum Qualifications: No experience required. Best Qualified Criteria: 1. Possess at least twelve (12) months of experience of in-person customer service. AND 2. Possess at least twelve (12) months of experience in one of the following: embroidery, ceramics, framing, engraving, sublimation, or computer graphic design. **Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications and best qualifying criteria will be referred to the selecting official first. ** "*In order to be considered Best Qualified, your resume must show that you meet BOTH the minimum qualifications, and ALL of the Best Qualified criteria.
