1. Possesses directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities. 2. The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. Resumes will be reviewed to certify the qualifications have been met. Experience must be reflected on resume. Highly Preferred: 1. Possess a Nationally Recognized Basic Fitness Trainer Certification.
