MINIMUM QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: 1. Proficiency in addition, multiplication, and division at a level sufficient to complete required reports. 2. Strong verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills. 3. A minimum of one year experience in a hotel front desk role is preferred. HIGHLY PREFERRED CRITERIA: 1. Minimum of 2 years experienced as a hotel desk clerk. AND... 2. Candidates must have hands-on experience with system (i.e. Recreational Lodging Systems INFOR). AND... 3.
