Demonstrated related work experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the Marketing Manager. Work experience must have be equivalent in complexity, difficulty and responsibility to the next lower pay band level. Work experience developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. OR Completion of the requirements for a master's or equivalent graduate degree in marketing, advertising or closely related field. Specialized education developing market research programs, data analysis, business practices and economic principals. Best Qualifying Criteria Minimum of 3 years of work experience with Graphics Design using Adobe Creative Cloud Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Content Management and Googly Analytics Professional work experience in writing, designing and editing articles, magazines, or newsletters Professional experience working with Adobe Premiere Highly Preferred Criteria Minimum of 3 year of work experience as a Marketing Specialist Proficient or daily user of Web Content Management, social media and Google Analytics Proficient or daily user of Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and A365 Minimum of two (2) years of working experience with Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR) Work experience with development, implementation, and execution of Strategic Planning.
