Job Summary
The position serves as an expert Market Research Analyst for the Office of Customer Care (QCC) within the Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (CASE), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS). Location of position: This is a virtual position and duty location of this position will be determined upon selection. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is experience developing and conducting market research, project management, and customer satisfaction surveys to maintain and improve customer relationships, and determine the effectiveness of marketplace approaches. This experience includes: using qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques to analyze to interpret data; making recommendations to management and serving as a liaison to key stakeholders to effectively increase the use of the organization’s services and products; conducting customer service trend analysis; establishing customer satisfaction surveys or comparable means of data capturing; and assisting with complex market studies, which includes data analysis and statistical modeling to identify and assess trends and buying patterns.
