Job Summary
Serves as Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in one of the Education Division (Training and Events), Office of Integrated Marketing (OIM), Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (QC), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), General Services Administration (GSA). Location of position: This is a virtual position and duty location of this position will be determined upon selection. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized Experience: Specialized experience is experience in the management of one or more programs with experience in the following: development of opportunity plans, including training and coaching staff in the execution of the plans; analyzing and measuring the effectiveness, efficiency and external engagement of training and education programs; independently direct and manage external engagement programs and events; establish and maintain effective relationships with executive leadership and managers to support agency programs and initiatives; interpreting, developing, and implementing policy for marketing and digital marketing developments; identifying or developing metrics to measure success of initiatives and using quantitative and qualitative data to determine if success has been met. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
