Job Summary
As a Marketing Communications Program Manager, you will work for the Marketing & Communications Division (QCBB) within the Office of Integrated Marketing (QCB) for Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (CASE), managing worldwide tactics and marketing communications for assigned accounts. Location of Position: This is a virtual position and duty location of this position will be determined upon selection. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.

If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected. Certain location-based pay entitlements (such as locality payment) are based on the location of the employee's official worksite associated with the employee's position of record. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience performing an extensive range of strategic, consultative, and analytical work that facilitates wide-ranging marketing strategies and campaigns for a diverse group of customer journeys, products, and services. This experience must include: Developing and executing federal or business-to-business (B2B) marketing and communication go-to-market strategies to meet strategic business, outreach, and engagement objectives. Providing expert analytical and consultative approaches on digital and traditional marketing campaigns; marketing qualified leads; marketing automation platform uses and reporting. Applying quantitative and qualitative methods to assess and improve marketing and program effectiveness for traditional and digital marketing engagement; campaign evaluations, and call-to-actions. Time-In-Grade Requirement: Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS-12 grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
