Job Description
Only experience and education obtained by the closing date 12/11/2024 will be considered. In order to qualify for this position you must possess the Minimum Qualification. Minimum Qualification [GS-6] 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience may include: 1) Review an organization's funds or financial data to ensure accuracy; 2) Prepare and ensure accuracy of time and attendance reports through an electronic time and attendance system; 3) Procure supplies, equipment or services in accordance with regulations governing the type of purchase; 4) Prepare written documents for management on financial or administrative matters; 5) Provide organizational support services for an organization such as preparing forms, documents or correspondence, or responding to procedural questions. Your resume must contain sufficient detail to prove you have one year experience performing these duties. Minimum Qualification [GS-7] 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience may include: 1) Maintains and reviews all financial documents, verifying accuracy, approving expenditures, analyzing affect to overall budget; 2) Use of various word processing and spreadsheet software; 3) Assists in the preparation of pertinent forms and documents; 3) Preparing/reviewing travel vouchers; 4) Preparing and submitting payment packets; 5) Serving as a timekeeper using an automated system. Your resume must contain sufficient detail to prove you have one year experience performing these duties. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Time In Grade Requirement: Applicants must meet both eligibility and qualification requirements for the position of interest by the closing date of the JOA. Specifically, i.
