You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1)Making travel arrangements; 2)Preparing travel vouchers and itineraries in a financial system, 3) arranging for meetings to include reserving a space, 4) working with SharePoint page administration, and 5) performing basic administrative tasks relating to web page maintenance and updates. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service Interpersonal Skills Organizational Awareness Writing Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-07).
