About the Position: Serves as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8 (Resource Management), Headquarters, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) utilizing knowledge in the fields of resource management to include programming/budget, management accounting, management analysis, support agreements, competitive sourcing, TDA management, acquisition management and oversight, as well as financial reporting and financial advisory functions.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes (1) Experience providing administration and oversight to resource management programs such as budget, manpower and force management, and/or management accounting; (2) experience providing recommendations and technical advice to leadership on resource management programs for an organization; AND/OR (3) experience providing input to the allocation of resources within an organization. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-14). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Advanced Financial Management Financial Management Systems Financial Stewardship Leadership Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-14).
