You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Business Directorate of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11 equivalent) or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector "As Professional Contract Specialist conducting pre-award and post-award procedures to analyzing and negotiating contractor's proposals for modifications to contracts for the construction of surface ships."
