Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Minimum Qualifications for the Position: Formulates objectives and priorities and implements plans consistent with long-term interests of the organization in a global environment that takes into consideration the environment, resources, capabilities, constraints, and organizational goals and values. Capitalizes on opportunities and manages risks and contingencies, recognizing the implications for the organization and stakeholders. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Applying qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency of program processes;2) Assessing programs to recommend improvement of processes at a shore station;3) Implementing Joint, interagency and international political/military systems and processes into EUCOM, AFRICOM, CENTCOM and DoS systems and processes; and4) Interpreting large amounts of data to draw conclusions and recommend appropriate courses of action.5) Developing a strategic business plan that links strategic outcomes with budgets and operational metrics to ensure long term goals are met.6) Determining critical decisions in the planning, strategizing, coordination, management, and execution of programs to meet customer requirements.
