Job Description
GS-12 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Incumbent must have knowledge of researching, analyzing and evaluating Human Resources laws, regulations, principles, and practices to provide advice and guidance to management on staffing and recruitment strategies, strategic workforce planning and to provide recommendations to resolve a variety of complex problems within these serviced areas. Must have experience analyzing recruitment metrics to determine hiring challenges and making recommendations to address deficiencies. GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Incumbent must have knowledge of researching and analyzing Human Resources laws, regulations, principles, and practices to provide advice and guidance to management on staffing and recruitment strategies and strategic workforce planning and to provide recommendations to resolve a variety of problems within these serviced areas.
