You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY/OA) in the U.S. NAVAL ACADEMY of NAVAL ACADEMY.

This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining filing systems of various records that are simple to use; 2) Utilizing Microsoft office and other office automation software in order to prepare a variety of forms and correspondence; 3) Entering data into automated database systems; and 4) Demonstrating time management skills to include: multitasking, prioritization of work tasks, meeting deadlines, and handling unexpected requests.
