Job Summary
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Terminal Operations Division, Operations Department, Fleet Logistics Center Pearl Harbor (FLCPH) of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR.
Job Description
You must have at least one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the (GS-7) grade level in the Federal Service or equivalent pay band or equivalent experience in the private sector applying a standardized knowledge of management principles, processes, analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess program execution and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency. You must also have experience utilizing a knowledge of financial management and budgetary processes to analyze and justify budgetary requirements. You must have experience preparing and presenting recommendations both orally and in writing. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Providing program support while performing management studies and evaluating various business operations on management programs; 2) Recommending and coordinating changes to allocations and financial accounting codes (e.g. default labor codes and job orders); 3) Identify and trace reimbursable cost and most efficient organization cost and provide recommendations to functional managers and other staff; 4) Reviewing, studying and analyzing program and processes either independently or as part of a team effort; and 5) Monitoring Business Plan execution using financial data provided by the Business Office.
