You will serve as a Management Analyst on the staff of COMNAVINFOWARTRAGRU VIRGINIA BEACH VA.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and knowledge of a wide range of qualitative and quantitative methods for the assessment and improvement of strategic planning and communication initiatives Experience and expert knowledge of advanced principles, practices, and regulations for developing short-term and long-range plans, programs Experience, knowledge and ability to identify and solve problems affecting future operations and develop sound and viable courses of action. Experience and expert Knowledge of the Information Warfare mission, organization, and planning processes of programs throughout COMNAVIWTG, dealing with the complexity of numerous organizational activities. Experience and expert knowledge and skill in conducting detailed analyses of complex functions and work processes. Experience and knowledge of process flowcharting, metrics development, process management, business results, customer service, and development of plans and procedures for COMNAVIWTG performance review and strategic performance metrics and business indicators. Experience interfacing with all levels and communicates effectively, both orally and in writing.
