Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEER/ARCHITECT/COMMUNITY PLANNER in the FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DIVISION of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND HAWAII.
Job Description
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: ) Validating existing shore facility assets to ensure that the physical real property inventory matches the plant property record card information; 2) Work with realty specialists in identifying customer real estate requirements in order to establish priority, costs, and timelines; 3) Identifying opportunities, costs, risks, and payback for innovative approaches to Shore Installation Management; 4) Leading multi-disciplined teams involved with base development and Shore Facility Planning Systems; and 5) Standardize process for executing Asset Management products and services as well as implement continuous process improvement.
