You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OFFICE OF BUDGET in the DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY.
Job Description
GS-12- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience reviewing and analyzing budget estimates for appropriations. Experience formulating budgets and/or preparing budget plans, issue papers, and justifications to higher authorities. Experience monitoring, analyzing, and adjusting funding allocations for contingency operations. Experience utilizing federal financial management systems to monitor program execution, troubleshoot financial data issues, and maintain data integrity in alignment with fiscal law, policies, and regulations Experience managing and executing financial control processes, to include evaluating program execution, reallocation of funds, and maintaining alignment with approved financial plans. GS-11- Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience reviewing and analyzing budget estimates for appropriations. Experience in managing and executing financial control processes, to include evaluating program execution and reallocation of funds. Experience utilizing federal financial management systems to monitor program execution, troubleshoot financial data issues, and maintain data integrity in alignment with fiscal law, policies, and regulations.
