Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/ARCHITECT, PROGRAM EXECUTION BRANCH DIRECTOR in the JOINT POSTURE MANAGEMENT OFFICE (JPMO) OF NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND PACIFIC (NAVFAC PAC) within the Operations Business Line.
Job Description
This position has a selective placement factor that will be used to screen out ineligible candidates. The selective placement factor is: Registration as a Professional Engineer or Registered Architect is required. Must provide a copy of current registration. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying advanced engineering and architecture theories, concepts, and principals to provide expert advice on program operations. 2) Developing policies, methodologies, and operating procedures to accomplish the Pacific Deterrence Initiatives (PDI) program objectives. 3) Providing significant and innovative recommendations for unusual issues or situations. 4) Guiding, motivating and leading team members in achieving timely execution of program execution goals. 5) Facilitating the resolution of extremely difficult issues/problems due to political sensitivity.
