You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENTS, RESOURCE MANAGEMENT DIVISION of OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing analytical, technical, and administrative duties in one or more phases of the budgetary process utilizing technical knowledge of budgeting policies, regulations, procedures, and administrative and financial management systems (e.g., Defense Travel System (DTS), STARS, FASTDATA, Budget Builder, SLDCADA, DCPS, DCPDS, SABRS, ERP and PIEE).
