Job Description
GS-14: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience preparing and delivering high-level briefings and presentations to senior leadership; Experience developing, interpreting, and applying financial management policies for the organization; Experience conducting thorough budget reviews and analyses, identifying potential issues, and proposing actionable solutions; Experience being the senior liaison for budget, accounting, or financial management policy and procedures within the organization; AND Experience preparing and/or reviewing responses to reviews/audits. GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience interpreting and applying financial policies, procedures, and federal regulations; Experience conducting budget reviews and analyses, identifying potential issues, and proposing actionable solutions; Experience collaborating across departments and building strategic partnerships to support the development and execution of budget policies and strategies; Experience formulating budget and estimates to support plans, programs and activities.
