You will serve as a Human Resources Specialist in the Human Capital Management Group, Human Resources Department of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU.

Job Description

DA-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Advising customer on staffing solutions; 2) Advising customers on addressing performance and conduct issues; 3) Communicating clearly, verbally, and in writing. DA-02: Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one year of which was at or equivalent to the DA-01 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. General experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Assisting customers on staffing solutions; 2) Communicating clearly, verbally, and in writing; 3) Utilizing automated technology to produce documents, graphs, presentations and using data management tools to research.
