Job Summary
You will serve as a Management and Program Analyst in the Naval Supply Systems Command- Ammunition Logistics Center (NALC), Ammunition Supply Chain Division of NAVSUP AMMO LOG CENT MECH.
Job Description
For GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Management and Program Analyst specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector demonstrating capability to independently plan , conduct, and prepare internal review reports of financially significant operations, functions and activities to ensure that personnel, equipment, and financial resources are allocated effectively, efficiently and economically while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations and directives. Examples of specialized experience may include the following: 1) Performs financial analysis, data retrieval, and data analysis; 2) Utilizes Oracle, the data warehouse, and Microsoft Access and Excel to include database development, maintenance and product creation; 3) Participates in testing to ensure all new data model program requirements are met; 4) Evaluates, tests and determines the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls; 5) Provides advice, instructions or training to personnel in query development and management techniques and; 6) Utilizes either oral or written communication to prepare and clearly present findings, or introduce new ideas or concepts to peers and senior leadership.
