You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND RESERVE.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Advises managers on the Federal Budget Process, DON Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) for management of funds. 2. Interpret standard organizational budgetary, accounting, or financial administrative procedures, practices, and regulations to advise managers. 3. Researches guides to locate accounting, budgetary and financial information and prepares summaries for use by managers. 4. Process a variety of financial transactions, reconciliations and reports to ensure timely execution of funds. 5.
