You will serve as an Interdisciplinary (General Engineer / Operations Research Analyst / Data Scientist) in the Procurement Group of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09/11) grade level or pay band (DP-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Evaluating, analyzing, and interpreting large or complex data sets of technical, cost/price, or past performance data to make data-driven recommendations; (2) Planning, developing, and leading procurements, acquisitions, or source selection functions in connection with acquisition of supply or service programs; (3) Interpreting and applying procurement or source selection regulations such as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), DoD Source Selection Procedures, as well as Command acquisition policy; and (4) Providing procurement, acquisition or source selection advice and guidance to customers in support of procurements or source selection initiatives.
