Job Description
To qualify for the PROGRAM ANALYSIS OFFICER, GS-0343-15, position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the Navy's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System (PPBES) process to affect the inclusion of the findings of analytical products, POM priorities, and USW CEB. Experience with the DOD Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes and their respective interfaces. Experience with the Navy's Infrastructure and Facilities Management mechanisms to integrate with the Strategic Laydown and Dispersal process. Experience with the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) in the requirements generation and validation process. Experience with the Navy and Defense acquisition process and organizational structures. Experience with the traditional and accelerated acquisition processes (i.e., Rapid Prototyping, Experimentation, Fielding, Emergent Operational Needs) and stakeholders.
