Job Description
To qualify for the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0501-11, your resume must demonstrate at least one year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience applying budgetary policies, precedents, procedures and regulations. Experience with Standard Accounting, Budgeting and Reporting Systems (SABRS), One Pay, Command Financial Management System (CFMS-C), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), and Centralized Data and Analytics Platform (ADVANA). Experience identifying, analyzing, and resolving a wide range of budgetary problems and developing alternative methods of funding. Experience formulating budget estimates for programs in which funding requirements have changed significantly. Experience ensuring audit policies and concepts are being applied to current financial business processes and systems. Experience utilizing the Internal Review Program (IRP) and Risk Assessments to track the Corrective Actions Plans (CAPs) for vulnerabilities and weaknesses in our internal controls and report to upper management by the required due dates.
