You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT ASSISTANT in the Office of the Inspector General of COMMANDER NAVY REGION EUROPE, Capodichino, Italy The Secretary of Defense has ordered a department-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Updating, revising, and manipulating data in spreadsheets. 2) Referring non-routine requests to the appropriate staff member. 3) Using office automation skills to perform support assignments and assist management of an office. 4) Converting spreadsheet data into charts, graphs, and report formats.
