Job Summary

You will serve as a INDUSTRIAL SECURITY SPECIALIST in the FLAG COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTORATE (N6) of COMMANDER THIRD FLEET. The President has ordered a government-wide hiring freeze subject to certain limited exceptions. This position is subject to the hiring freeze. Although we are moving forward with the consideration of candidates, we will not make a selection for this vacancy announcement unless and until the position is no longer subject to the hiring freeze.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying security policy, procedures, and techniques to review, analyze, and resolve complex security problems (e.g. personnel, physical, information) in support of a comprehensive command security program.
