You will serve as a MANAGER in the Aircraft Carrier Platform Division (Code 23), Machinery Programs and Platforms Department (Code 20), Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division (NSWC PHILA DIV).

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 pay band (GS-12/13 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a professional engineer managing a budget for an assigned engineering program to ensure the financial security of an organization.
