Job Summary
The position is located in the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Finance, Activity Based Information (ABI) Division. This position is established to communicate with other organizations and business units and serve as a liaison between the ABI Division and its customers, while at the same time achieving specific tasks, producing deliverables, and meeting the stated goals of the program.
Job Description
You must meet the United States Office of Personnel Management's (OPM) qualification requirements (including specialized experience and/or educational requirements) for the advertised position. OPM Qualifications Standards are available at Administrative and Management Positions Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-12. Specialized experience for this position includes: 1. Experience in utilizing activity-based costing (ABC) methodology to create and maintain multiple expense models with experience in data preparation and cleansing using Alteryx; AND 2. Experience in utilizing activity-based cost modeling software such as CostPerform and SAP EPO to build and enhance modeling capability and costing methodology in addition to performing analytics for cost reporting in software such as Tableau; AND 3. Experience in utilizing ABC methodology to produce the Statement of Net Cost (SNC) and associated footnotes for a government entity; AND 4. Experience in calculating fully burdened fee unit costing using ABC model data for a fully fee-funded organization in support of the fee setting process; AND 5. Experience in maintaining and enhancing cost allocation framework to accurately assign expenses to revenue generating business units in support of the budget planning process.
