About the Position: The incumbent is responsible for the direct supervision of Project Managers, professional, technical and support staff within a Section of PPMD. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the efficient and effective coordination and accomplishment of the planning, scoping, development, design, construction, and direction of major projects to support a program.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes applying water resources planning and project management principles, concepts and techniques associated with planning, design, and construction of civil and public works projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Planning and Evaluating Problem Solving Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
