Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes exercising managerial and operational control of construction programs to include in-depth understanding of mission objectives and knowledge of agency business practices in conjunction with laws, policies, and regulations; assures that corporate goals are established for schedule, cost, scope, and budget management of program resource utilization (funds and manpower), plans work to be accomplished by subordinates; sets and adjusts long/short term priorities; and prepare schedules for completion of work. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Managing Human Resources Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
