This is the Program and Project Controls Branch Chief position responsible for enhancing data governance to inform project leadership and improve delivery through professional scheduling and budgeting. Focus is on budget/program analysis, resourcing, and data analytics. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes exercising managerial and operational control of construction programs to include in-depth understanding of mission objectives and knowledge of agency business practices in conjunction with laws, policies, and regulations; assures that corporate goals are established for schedule, cost, scope, and budget management of program resource utilization (funds and manpower), plans work to be accomplished by subordinates; sets and adjusts long/short term priorities; and prepare schedules for completion of work. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-13). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Managing Human Resources Project Management Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-13).
