The incumbent serves as program coordinator of the Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) programming and is administratively responsible for a clinic program providing treatment to patients in a major specialty, Homeless Veterans Program. The incumbent is responsible for the daily supervision of the HCHV Programs including outreach activities, Contract Residential and Grant & Per Diem. This includes supervision of program staff and providing direct patient care services in the program area.
This position performs project planning, produces designs, manages designs, manages construction, and provides construction administration for Minor Construction Projects, Station Level Projects, and Leases, including all areas and aspects at an assigned medical center and Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC)'s. ***Once the two year program is completed, there will be potential for a transfer to a position with a promotion potential of GS-12***
