In this position, you will work as a member of the Resilience, Grant Programs Directorate. The ideal candidate will have knowledge, understanding, and prior experience in the fiduciary administration and management of Federal grant program awards and be familiar with relevant regulations and internal control practices.
In this position, you will become a member of the Office of Response and Recovery, Recovery Directorate, Interagency Coordination Division team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working with local, federal, state, tribal or territorial governments and providing analytic capabilities regarding community, urban or regional planning development, or public administration in a disaster recovery context.
In this position, you will become a member of the Region Five, Mitigation Division team. The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience leading disaster mitigation, preparedness, response, recovery, or support operations as well as technical experience in hazard mitigation, flood mitigation and insurance, risk analysis and/or environmental preservation.
The ideal candidate would be a seasoned supervisor responsible for a full range of disaster recovery activities. The candidate would be a leader with experience interfacing with Federal, State, or Local Government officials and experience in bringing partners together to collaborate and create large-scale solutions with measurable outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership skills and have a broad range of knowledge in overseeing information technology services, financial management, human capital operations, procurement services and real property management. Ideal candidate will also be capable of managing several different projects at the same time based on senior leadership priorities and available resources.
