This leadership style is in many ways similar to the coaching style of leadership. This leadership style is in many ways similar to the pacesetter style of leadership as it is majorly focussed on performance. In this leadership style, the leader sets monetary rewards for goals achievements and also takes strict actions for failures.

These types of leaders are similar to autocratic leaders because they also expect them to follow rules and regulations as they are written.
