This type of leadership is basically a hybrid of the autocratic style of leadership and Laissez-faire or hands-off style of leadership. In this form of leadership, the leader takes inputs from all the people working under him and takes their feedback into consideration before making any decision.
7. Pacesetter
This leadership style is amongst the most effective leadership styles and it is generally praised for providing fast results. In this form of leadership, the leader sets very high benchmarks and they hold the people working under them responsible for fulfilling the targets or goals.
8. Transformational
This leadership style is in many ways similar to the coaching style of leadership. In this leadership style, the leader is focussed on making clear communication with the team members, setting goals for them and encouraging them for improving themselves but they are more focused on achieving the targets or goals of the organization rather than employee development.
9. Transactional
This leadership style is in many ways similar to the pacesetter style of leadership as it is majorly focussed on performance. In this leadership style, the leader sets monetary rewards for goals achievements and also takes strict actions for failures.
10. Bureaucratic
These types of leaders are similar to autocratic leaders because they also expect them to follow rules and regulations as they are written.
