This is a developmental position within the Office of Program Policy & Evaluation (OPPE), Directorate of Program Evaluation and Information Resource. OPPE is responsible for producing and screening official data and conducting internal program evaluations and audits regarding the effectiveness of MSHA programs in protecting the health and safety of miners in accordance with the legislative and regulatory requirements of the Federal mine safety and health laws, standards, and regulations.
